After DSWD failed to release the lumad minor, C4HR, IBP – Integrated Bar of the Philippines Cebu City Chapter, and FLAG Cebu filed a manifestation and motion to compel DSWD to comply with the court’s judgement and to return the minor to the custody of her father.
Yesterday, March 12, 2021, the DSWD finally complied and immediately released the lumad minor.
