Cebu for Human Rights or C4HR was originally a movement organized by a multi-sectoral coalition of lawyers, teachers, NGO workers, artists, community workers and other professionals and individuals based in Cebu. The movement aimed to promote and protect human rights, to achieve a more peaceful, democratic, and just Philippines.
In Nov. 17, 2020, C4HR was registered with SEC. Atty. Magdalena Lepiten is the President, Atty. Jay Pujanes is the Vice President, Atty. Magdalena Cecilia L. Arriola is the Secretary, Atty. Fionah L. Bojos is the Treasurer and Atty. King Perez is the auditor.
C4HR is not affiliated with any political party but is open to linkage with any organization that promotes free speech, human rights and democracy.
